National Conference
- It shall be the supreme decision-making body where financial and narrative reports are presented, resolutions taken and activities of officers are reviewed. It shall be organized by the National Conference Committee with the assistance of Credentials Committee and Marshals.
- It shall consist of members of the General Council, delegates from the branches and regions of the union, who shall have the right to deliberate on issues and vote.
- The conference of delegates shall be held during the month of July, August or September at a date, time and venue decided upon by the National Executive Committee after giving a twenty-one (21) days notice by letter to the Branch Secretary and shall cause such notice to be known through local media for the information of general members of the Association.
